Guided excursion to the Rocca di Cavour, l"Ayres Rock" Piedmontese. With a circular route immersed in the woods, we will discover the millenary history, nature, and the unexpected views that characterize this "Inselberg" , monte isola, nestled in the plain between Saluzzo and Pinerolo, under the Monviso.

The trip will end in style, “savoring” this territory, with the tasting at the TUM butter factory at the foot of the Rocca.
